Refund policy
We strive for your utmost satisfaction with your shopping experience.
In the event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, you must inform us via email within 48 hours of receiving your package. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your item/s once it arrives, you must inform us via email, stating 'order no./return/ short reason for your return' as the subject of your email and include photo evidence within the specified returns period stated in our Returns Agreement. We will then review your returns request and if your return request is accepted we will provide shipping instructions.
Please Note our Returns Agreement is subject to the following Conditions:
1. As we are a small business, we must inform you that if you wish to make a return, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
2. The following item/s cannot be returned and sale is final:

- All photography Prints & Artwork from the 'Gallery'
- All Item/s listed as 'Made To Order'
- All Shopper Bags
- All photography Prints & Artwork from the 'Gallery'
3. Pre-Order Items: Returns will not be issued during the Pre-Order processing period. Please ensure you accept the 3-4 week processing time, as no exceptions will be made. Once you have received your order, our returns policy will apply.
4. Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, along with their original packaging. Returns may be refused if these conditions are not met.
5. Returns Period: Our Returns period is 28 days from the purchase date of the item/s.
6. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 Business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the return has been processed.
7. Exchanges: We apologise, as we currently cannot offer item/s exchange. Please refer to our Returns Agreement and place a new order for any items required.
